Satu biaya layanan untuk semua paket
Biaya layanan wajib mulai Rp100.000/bulan per customer, di luar harga paket. Satu customer dapat menggunakan banyak paket dengan biaya layanan yang tetap sama. Biaya layanan sudah termasuk hosting, maintenance, dan permintaan perubahan dengan total waktu pengerjaan maksimal 2 jam per bulan. Minimum 3 bulan Rp300.000; 6 bulan Rp500.000 (gratis 1 bulan); 12 bulan Rp1.000.000 (gratis 2 bulan), per customer. Besarnya biaya layanan mengikuti kebutuhan proyek.
Why APPY-managed hosting?
Our standard service requires hosting to remain within APPY's managed environment. Standardizing infrastructure means our team can deploy, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain customer projects using the same operational process instead of maintaining many different hosting configurations.
Can I move to another hosting provider?
Yes. A customer may request migration to another hosting provider. Because a different environment creates additional deployment and operational work, migration and external-hosting support are quoted separately. We aim to keep that quotation reasonable.
Maintenance after launch
Biaya layanan sudah termasuk hosting, maintenance, dan permintaan perubahan dengan total waktu pengerjaan maksimal 2 jam per bulan.
This is an operational-efficiency decision, not a technical lock-in strategy. A consistent hosting environment reduces support time and helps us keep both build and ongoing service costs lower.
