Terms for the 14-day target
Timeline starts from consultation. Schedule and scope are agreed in the proposal. Work begins after the proposal is approved and 50% DP is received. Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals, as well as added scope, may shift the schedule. Any schedule changes will be discussed with you.

We continue to support you and your team in using the application in daily activities, without a three-month limit, while the service is active. Send materials, questions, and change requests through a dedicated customer channel.
Support follows the service fee, including changes up to 2 hours per month. Needs outside the scope will be discussed and agreed first.

Don't have an app concept yet. Can I start?
Yes. Tell us who will use the app, your current workflow, and the parts you want to simplify. We help determine priority features before preparing the proposal.
Do I have to pay right after the consultation?
No. You review the proposal first. 50% DP is only paid after the solution, scope, price, and schedule are approved.
What's the difference between a website and a Custom App?
A website helps introduce your business and share information. A Custom App helps users do work: make reservations, manage orders, send documents, or monitor reports. Both can be opened via a browser.
What if I want to change something?
Corrections within the scope are discussed during the review session. Adding features or work outside the scope must be agreed first. After go-live, changes follow the service fee with a maximum of 2 hours of work per month.
What are the costs after the app is finished?
Service fee starts at Rp100.000/month per customer, separate from development costs. It includes hosting, maintenance, and changes up to 2 hours per month. Minimum 3 months Rp300.000; 6 months Rp500.000; 12 months Rp1.000.000. Third-party or integration costs, if needed, are discussed in the proposal.
